Mr Chin Heng Neo (Jimmy Neo)
Chairman & Executive Director
Appointed to the Board on 14 February 2022, Mr. Jimmy Neo leads our Group’s Off-Highway Business through Filtec, bringing over 25 years of industry experience. A former Singapore Armed Forces officer, he transitioned into business in 1993, establishing Spare Parts Zone’s operational and sales frameworks.
He has helmed Filtec as Managing Director since its founding in 1999, driving its growth into a trusted distributor of industrial spare parts. Mr. Neo also sits on the boards of SP Zone, Autozone (S), and Multi Ways Holdings Limited (NYSE American), where he serves on multiple committees.
An advocate of leadership and community, he is an executive committee member of Singapore’s Business Leaders Alumni Club. Mr. Neo holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Diploma in Production Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
