History
Our history is not just a timeline — it’s a story of progress, passion, and purpose.
We began in 1970 as Soon Aik, a humble trading business driven by a commitment to serve the evolving needs of the automotive sector. Back then, it was about keeping machines moving, meeting customer needs with integrity, and building relationships grounded in trust.
Over the decades, we grew from a local distributor into a trusted name across multiple industries, known for our agility, reliability, and deep technical expertise. From manual operations to smart warehousing, from spare parts to sustainable solutions, every chapter of our story has been defined by our readiness to embrace change.
1970s
Early Beginnings
Our founder, Mr. Neo Kim Eng established Chop Kim Aik along Old Tampines Road, Singapore, specializing in British Bedford and Leyland lorry parts.
1980s
Expansion & First Dealership
In 1983, the little shophouse then expanded to include an automotive spare parts retail outlet, Soon Aik Auto Parts Trading Co. which opened at Defu Lane 10. The business dealt with Japanese truck parts, including Nissan UD, Mitsubishi Fuso, Hino, and Isuzu. Over time, our offerings expanded to encompass a wide range of passenger cars and commercial vehicles. We were subsequently appointed as the official dealer for Nissan UD.
1990s
Growth & Diversification
In 1995, Soon Aik Auto Parts Trading Co. transitioned to Soon Aik Auto Parts Trading Pte Ltd and Autozone was established. This initiative significantly expanded Soon Aik Parts’ sales channels to encompass export, wholesale, and retail sectors and diversification into the off-highway industry. Later, the business managed to clinch distributorship for Fleetguard and Parker Racor products.
2000s
Accelerated Growth
To penetrate deeper into the automotive industry, Soon Aik established its first car service & repair workshop, Autosaver in 2002. In 2003, Soon Aik Holdings Pte Ltd underwent a major restructuring, consolidating Soon Aik Auto Parts Trading Pte Ltd, Filtec Pte Ltd, and Autosaver Pte Ltd under its umbrella.
With the leadership of the second generation, Soon Aik’s name quickly grew in the market with its tremendous growth and performance in the on-highway and off-highway industries. They focused on house brand product development for brakes, lubricants, filters and engine parts under the names – VETTO, REV-1 and FILTEQ.
2010s
ASEAN & International Expansion
Through strategic alliances and franchise concepts of Autosaver, Autozone and Traczone, that saturated the ASEAN market, Soon Aik was enabled to uncover internationalization opportunities and scale globally.
With business expansion, a bigger premise was needed for Soon Aik group of companies and they founded the Singapore Global Headquarters located at 14 Ang Mo Kio Street 63 with a land size of 100,000 square feet in 2010.
In 2015, PowerTrans Engineering, located at 35 Loyang Way was acquired by Soon Aik to dive into Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) engineering services.
2020s
Transformation & Global Breakthrough
In 2021, INNEOVA Life was founded to offer nutritional wellness products crafted from pure, deep-ocean ingredients.
Recognizing the importance of technology during the COVID-19 pandemic, Soon Aik diversified into green filtration solutions, renewable energy, air compressors, nutritional wellness, and biological waste upcycling.
In August 2024, Power Trans Engineering rebranded to INNEOVA Engineering, marking the start of Soon Aik’s transformation journey.
By October 2024, SAG Holdings — comprising Filtec and Spare Parts Zone — was successfully listed on NASDAQ under the ticker SAG.
In January 2025, INNEOVA launched its first automated Fulfilment Centre at Defu Industrial City, featuring 31 Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Carton Transfer Units (CTUs), and advanced warehouse lifts.
Effective 28 April 2025, SAG Holdings was renamed INNEOVA Holdings with the ticker INEO. Filtec and Spare Parts Zone were rebranded as INNEOVA Industrial and INNEOVA Automotive respectively, while INNEOVA Engineering was officially acquired into the listed group.
In 2025, we became
