Sierra® oil-free screw compressors deliver ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 0 air for processes where a trace of oil is a risk to product, people or brand: pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, automobile, oil and gas, and electric power.

- Class 0 oil-free air to ISO 8573-1:2010, passed TÜV Rheinland testing
- Two-stage screw compression module with cast iron housing and synchronous gear drive
- UltraCoat™ rotor coating reduces airend energy consumption by 10%
- Three-seal system (air seal, labyrinth seal, oil-draining seal) so oil never reaches the compression chamber
- Stainless steel second-stage rotor and corrosion-resistant intercooler piping
- Air-cooled units run continuously in ambient temperatures up to 46 °C
- Backlit LCD touch-button controller with self-diagnosis, local, remote and interlock modes
- Optional PORO power-outage restart, motor heater, remote control module and NEMA 4 electrical protection
