Desiccant Dryers
Heated and heatless desiccant dryers
Desiccant dryers are for critical applications that need very low dew points and protection from freezing.

Overview
Key Features
- Heated: externally heated and heated-blower models give −40 °C pressure dew point air, with pre-filter and after-filter stages protecting the desiccant and downstream air from oil and particulates
- Heatless: compact, modular, fully integrated units installed at the point of use, so you only dry the air you need. ISO Class 2 dew point, with an ISO Class 1 option to avoid corrosion and moisture losses
- Reliable −40 °C (−40 °F) pressure dew point under most operating conditions
- Low pressure drop and microprocessor control

Dryers at a Glance
| Dryer | Pressure dew point | Choose it for |
|---|---|---|
| Refrigerated: cycling and non-cycling | As low as 3 °C (38 °F), ISO Class 4 | Most industrial applications, with lower investment, operating and maintenance cost |
| Refrigerated: SF subfreezing | Low-temperature operation | Systems with piping or pneumatic equipment exposed to subfreezing temperatures |
| Desiccant: heated | −40 °C (−40 °F) pressure dew point | Critical applications that need very low dew points |
| Desiccant: heatless modular | ISO Class 2, ISO Class 1 optional | Point-of-use drying with easy maintenance |
| HOC desiccant (H and HC Series) | −40 °C (−40 °F), continuous (HC Series) | Oil-free applications where energy cost matters most |
| IRDR rotary desiccant | Low dew point, continuous supply | Zero air consumption, low maintenance and noise below 50 dB |
